At Good Shepherd Compassion Ministries, we believe that children are not only the future of the Church, but also powerful instruments in God’s hands for the expansion of His Kingdom. Our passion and calling are to transform orphans, children, and young people into Champions of Faith—grounded in the Word of God, equipped with Christian values, and prepared to impact the world for Christ.
Alongside children’s ministry, we place great emphasis on reaching and mentoring youth. Each year, on August 15th (India’s Independence Day), we conduct a Youth Challenge Program. This event is designed to inspire young people, introduce them to Jesus Christ, and help them break free from destructive habits. We long to see them rise above the pressures of this world and become champions for Christ in their generation.
Our vision is simple yet powerful:
The ministry to children is very close to our hearts. My wife and I firmly believe that when children are rooted in the Gospel at a young age, they grow into bold witnesses for Christ. Just as arrows in the hands of a warrior are weapons of victory (Psalm 127:4), so these children will one day stand strong for the Kingdom of God.
Every Sunday morning, we host Champions Houses in four of our churches, reaching over 150 children with the Word of God. From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, children gather to worship, learn Scripture, and grow in their spiritual foundation. These formative years are crucial, and we are intentional in guiding them to know Jesus personally and live for Him faithfully.
As we continue this growing work, we earnestly seek your prayers, encouragement, and partnership. The fields are ripe for harvest, and the time is urgent. We invite you to stand with us as we proclaim Christ to the multitudes and prepare a generation for His Kingdom.
"Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest." (John 4:35)
